Flow'Art c'est quoi ?

Flow’Art, c’est un espace où créativité et expression personnelle se rencontrent. Ici, pas besoin d’être un artiste, il suffit d'avoir l’envie de prendre du temps pour soi, d’expérimenter et de s’amuser avec les couleurs, les mots et les images.

Le Flow, c’est un moment où le mental s’apaise et où l’on est en harmonie avec soi-même, plongé dans une activité qui nous fait du bien, sans voir le temps passer.

L’Art, un moyen d’expression libre et intuitif, qui recentre et qui permet d’explorer ses émotions, de stimuler son imagination et de laisser parler sa sensibilité.
